- Monitor, manage and update theme and plugins
- Training on using your site and key site tools including 3rd party apps
- Comment spam and malware removal
- Site content provided by client:
- Text: Additions or deletions
- Photos: Additions, deletions, and retouching
- SEO adjustments
- Pages/Posts: Additions or deletions using existing page design
- Products: Additions, changes to WooCommerce catalog
- Cart/Checkout: Additions, changes
- Payment processing: Additions, changes
- Order management: Additions, changes to WooCommerce and fulfillment apps
- Navigation: Basic navigational changes (add, move, or delete an item in the navigation)
- File downloads: Additions or deletions of PDFs and other documents
- Videos: Insertion or deletion of videos
- Links: Additions or deletions
- Background images: Changes or replacements
- Site theme styling: Changes or additions
- Site archiving and restoration
- Adjustments to site hosting or domain registrar accounts
